Do you have a shoebox full of old family photos hidden away somewhere? Imagine your child, spouse or special friend ~ captured in a beautiful lifelike artist's portrait to be cherished for years to come. A portrait makes the perfect gift for almost any occasion ~ wedding, anniversary, birthday, Mother's Day, graduation, prom ~ the list is endless!

My portraits are created by hand, using the finest oil-based art pencil and pastel on museum-grade art board. They are shipped matted and ready for framing. (Framing available for the additional cost of the frame.)

I prefer to work from studio-quality photos whenever possible - the better the photograph, the better the results. I can, however, work from good clear snapshots if need be. Please remember to include color of subject's eyes, hair, and clothing if submitting a black and white photo, unless you wish a graphite (black & white) rendering.

Antique or heirloom portraits are available in sepia tones upon request.

Delivery time is generally 3-4 weeks. If you would like the portrait done for a specific date or holiday I would suggest placing your order at least 8 weeks in advance.
